LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EASYDEPLOY MODULES

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source module ("Software") developed and distributed by EasyDeploy Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, having its registered office at SF No. 265 & 277, T. Palayam Village, Rangasamy Nagar, J Nagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India – 641007.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

  1. LICENSE GRANT
    Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, EasyDeploy Technologies Private Limited grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single domain, including one production environment and one staging/test environment directly related to that domain. A separate license is required for each additional domain or subdomain.
  2. RESTRICTIONS
    The Licensee may not, directly or indirectly:
    • Use the Software on more than one domain or subdomain without purchasing additional licenses.
    • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software to any third party.
    • Modify, sublicense, sell, lease, or rebrand the Software.
    • Incorporate any part of the Software into another product or solution.
    • Share access to the Software source code except as necessary for internal use on the licensed domain.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
  3. OWNERSHIP
    All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including any customizations or modifications) remain the sole property of EasyDeploy Technologies Private Limited. This license does not constitute a sale of the Software.
  4. LICENSE VALIDATION
    Deployment and usage are validated and monitored via EasyDeploy.io. Licensee agrees to use the provided deployment mechanism and not to circumvent licensing restrictions or validation checks.
  5. TERMINATION
    This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in possession.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    EasyDeploy Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
  7. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
    Support and updates are provided only during the active license period and in accordance with the support policy outlined on EasyDeploy.io.
  8. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
